There is no such thing as one perfect way to swing. The physical ability of each individual golfer allows an efficient way to swing using their strength, power and mobility.

Improving your game does not only come from practice on the range. Golf fitness is the only way to transform your body to improve the way YOU swing. Your body is the key to consistency, distance, pain free golf and lower scores.

The first step to golf specific fitness is an overall evaluation of the and its physical strength and power.

  1. The TPI full body screen has 16 points, each correlating to a specific part of the swing.

  2. Strength testing evaluates how strong each golfer is in the push, pull, and leg stength.

  3. Power testing evaluates how much power each golfer can generate from the total body, upper body, core and legs.

Strength + Power = Distance
